Enabling Payment Options for Quotes

Quotivity supports HubSpot Payments and using Stripe for payment processing through HubSpot. Before using this feature, ensure you have everything set up in HubSpot.

By default, Quotivity disables the payment options for quotes.

If you have not yet set up payments up in HubSpot, before you enable the Quotivity option, review these HubSpot KB articles:

If your HubSpot portal is already set up to use either HubSpot Payments or you have already connected your Stripe account to HubSpot, you can enable these features and start collecting payments from your quotes.

Enabling Payment Options in Quotivity

  1. Open the Quotivity Admin page
  2. Click "Settings",
  3. Check the box for "Enable quote payments"
