How do I report on Quote approvals in HubSpot?

Quotivity makes it easy to report on the approval status of quotes.

As quotes go through approval processes you've configured, Quotivity will update key fields on the related Deal object.

 

Creating a report on Quote Approvals

  1. In HubSpot, create a report using the Custom Report Builder.
  2. Choose Quotes as the primary data source and Deals as (one of) the secondary data source(s).
  3. Continue to configure the report

Note: If you have multiple quotes in approval for a single deal, the report will be unreliable since all quotes update the fields on their related deal.
