Configuring the Buyer Contacts module

List every contact on the quote, each rendered from one block you design once.

Overview

The Buyer Contacts module lists the people the quote is addressed to. You design a single block of content, and Quotivity repeats it once for every contact associated with the quote — one contact or five, the layout holds.

In HubSpot’s module picker it’s called Buyer contacts (Quotivity).

What it shows by default

A new module is pre-built with each contact’s first and last name, job title, email address, and phone number. Values a contact record doesn’t have are removed from that contact’s block, so a missing job title doesn’t leave a gap.

Settings

The module has one field: the content of a single contact block. Because the block renders per contact, only Contact properties are available as tokens here — see inserting CRM property tokens.

Clear the content and the module renders nothing. It also renders nothing when the quote has no associated contacts.

Steps

Open the module. Select Buyer Contacts in the Template Modules panel.
Design one contact block. Add or remove properties and adjust the formatting; whatever you build repeats for each contact.
Preview with sample data from a deal with more than one contact, so you can see how repeated blocks stack up.
Publish the template.

Tips

Keep the block compact. A quote with five contacts multiplies whatever you put here five times.
To show contacts side by side rather than stacked, adjust the layout on the HubSpot landing page — the module supplies content, the page supplies layout.
Who signs is controlled by the Quote Signature module and the quote’s signature settings, not by this list.
