Quotivity plans and what's included

Quotivity comes in Trial, Pro, and Enterprise plans — here's what each one unlocks and how to tell which features you have.

Quotivity comes in three plans: Trial, Pro, and Enterprise. Your plan determines which features appear in Quotivity Studio. This article gives you the lay of the land so you know what you have today and what an upgrade would add.

Throughout this knowledge base, articles for plan-gated features open with a callout — for example, “This feature requires an Enterprise plan.” If you see one, that feature isn’t available on lower plans.

What each plan includes

Trial includes every Enterprise feature so you can evaluate the whole product. The one Trial-specific limit is e-signature: 5 signatures per month for the entire account (not per licensed user).

Pro is the quoting toolkit on current Pro. It includes:

  • Quote Rules with policy enforcement outcomes: block, notify, require approval, set signature options, set price book, and prompt user
  • Price Books with standard pricing
  • Bundles and Collections
  • Quote Terms
  • Quotivity Templates for custom quote document layouts
  • Approvals
  • Roll-up fields
  • E-signature, with 10 signatures per licensed user per month

Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • Quote Rules with quote automation outcomes: add line items and collections, add discounts/fees/taxes, update line items, update quote fields, update bundle members, set the template, terms, language, or sender, and swap or add bundle products. (Add Line Items / Collection / DFTs, Update Line Items, and Set Template / Terms / Language are also on Legacy Pro. Update Quote is Enterprise and Trial only.)
  • Require Validation Quote Rule outcome and HubSpot validation workflows
  • Volume pricing and pricing tables (also on Legacy Pro)
  • Calculated Pricing (arithmetic also on Legacy Pro; IF/CASE functions are Enterprise-only)
  • Product variants
  • Cost Plus price book adjustments (list price derived from cost of goods sold)
  • Ramp pricing
  • Optional line items
  • Price book effective dates
  • Company-assigned (and deal-assigned) price books
  • Bundle inherit-quote pricing
  • Compatibility Rules
  • Custom code modules in Quotivity Templates
  • Multiple sender companies
  • API keys (also on Legacy Pro)
  • Custom domain (1 active)
  • Quote Details customization in Quote Builder
  • Quote emails — send published quotes from each rep’s Gmail or Microsoft mailbox
  • Bundle Configurator — guided bundle configuration in Quote Builder
  • Guided Selling — branching questionnaires (flows) for quote creation and building
  • Admin MCP — account-configuration tools for Claude or ChatGPT (sales quoting tools still need the Sales Agent MCP add-on)
  • E-signature, with 15 signatures per licensed user per month

How to tell what you have

The simplest check is the sidebar: if a feature’s page doesn’t appear in Quotivity Studio, it isn’t part of your current plan. Enterprise-only sections like Compatibility Rules, API Keys, and Calculated Pricing (Calculated Pricing is also on Legacy Pro).

Tips

Section titled “Tips”
  • Plan packaging can change over time. Confirm the current details against your Quotivity price sheet or with your account contact before making upgrade decisions. Some long-standing customers are on Legacy Pro, which keeps volume pricing, pricing tables, calculated pricing, API keys, and several automation outcomes that current Pro does not include.
  • Guided Selling is included on Enterprise and Trial. Legacy Pro accounts have complimentary access through November 1, 2026. Standard Pro does not include it unless it’s enabled on the account. It is not an account add-on like the AI quoting assistant.
  • Seat counts matter for e-signature: the monthly signature allowance is per licensed user on Pro and Enterprise, so adding users raises your pooled allowance. Trial includes 5 total signatures per month for the account.
  • Tax is not a Quotivity plan toggle. See Setting up automatic sales tax.
