Configuring the Sender Company module

Show the selling company's name and address on the quote, drawn from the sender company assigned to it.

The Sender Company module prints who the quote is from — your legal entity’s name and address. The values come from the sender company assigned to the quote, so one template can serve several entities without any conditional content.

In HubSpot’s module picker it’s called Sender Company (Quotivity).

A new module is pre-built with the sender company’s name, street address, second address line, city, state or region, and postal code. Each is a token, so any line the sender company leaves blank disappears from the rendered quote instead of leaving an empty row.

The module has one field: the content. Edit it like any rich-text block — change the order of the lines, add a phone number or tax ID, or wrap the address in your own labels. See inserting CRM property tokens for how tokens behave when a value is missing.

Clearing the content entirely makes the module render nothing.

  1. Set up your sender companies first. The module can only show details you have recorded — see Setting up Sender Companies.
  2. Open the module. Select Sender Company in the Template Modules panel.
  3. Adjust the content. Add the registration or tax details your market expects, and remove lines you don’t use.
  4. Preview with sample data from a deal that uses the sender company you want to check, then publish.
  • Selling through more than one entity? Keep one template and let the assigned sender company vary — see Using multiple sender companies.
  • Your logo comes from the landing page design rather than this module. Add it in HubSpot’s editor alongside the module.
  • If an address line is blank on the quote, check the sender company record before editing the template — the module is only reflecting what’s stored.
