Configuring the Sender Contact module
Show the rep behind the quote — name, job title, email, and phone — so buyers know exactly who to reply to.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Sender Contact module introduces the person sending the quote. The details come from the quote’s sender, so the block is correct for whichever rep built it — no per-rep templates required.
In HubSpot’s module picker it’s called Sender contact (Quotivity).
What it shows by default
Section titled “What it shows by default”A new module is pre-built with the sender’s first name, job title, email address, and phone number, each as its own line. Any value the rep’s user record doesn’t have is dropped from the rendered quote rather than printed blank.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”The module has one field: the content. Edit it as rich text to reorder the lines, add the rep’s last name, label the email and phone, or turn the email into a mailto link. See inserting CRM property tokens for how tokens resolve and what happens when a value is empty.
Clear the content and the module renders nothing.
- Open the module. Select Sender Contact in the Template Modules panel.
- Shape the block. Add a full name line, drop the phone number, or add a short “Questions? Reply to this email” line beneath the details.
- Preview with sample data so you can see a real rep’s details in place.
- Publish the template. Every quote now closes with the right rep’s contact details.
- Blank job titles or phone numbers usually mean an incomplete HubSpot user record — fix it there and every quote improves.
- Pair this module with Sender Company so buyers get both the legal entity and a human to talk to.
- Photos and avatars come from the landing page design, not from this module.
