Configuring the Quote Attachments module

Show the files a rep attached to a quote, with download links and optional page previews.

The Quote Attachments module shows the files attached to that particular quote — a statement of work, a floor plan, a signed NDA. The files come from the quote itself, so the same template shows whatever each rep attached.

In HubSpot’s module picker it’s called Quote Attachments (Quotivity). For files that should ship with every quote from the template, use the Template Attachment module instead.

Setting What it does
Heading The heading above the attachments. Defaults to “Quote Attachments”
Show Download Links Adds a Download link to each attachment card
Show Page Previews Renders the attachment’s pages inline as images
Show All Pages Shows every page of each attachment instead of only the first. Available when previews are on

Show Page Previews only affects the quote’s web view. Generated PDFs and browser printing still include the previews, so the signing record stays complete either way.

A quote with no attachments renders nothing — no heading, no empty card.

  1. Open the module. Select Quote Attachments in the Template Modules panel.
  2. Set the heading to something buyers recognize — “Supporting documents” works well.
  3. Decide how files are delivered. Download links suit long documents; previews suit a one-page diagram a buyer should see without clicking.
  4. Turn on Show All Pages only when the whole document belongs inline. A thirty-page contract rendered in full makes for a long quote.
  5. Preview with a deal whose quote has attachments, then publish.
  • If you leave the heading empty, the module falls back to the module name from the Template Modules panel.
  • Attachments are ordered as they were attached to the quote, so ask reps to add them in reading order.
  • Buyers download the file itself; previews are images generated from it.
