Configuring the Price List Table module

Show products from the quote’s selected price book, with columns, sort, grouping, and filters.

The Price List Table publishes the catalog on the quote’s selected price book — every matching product in that book, not the line items the rep added.

Use it when buyers need a rate card or menu alongside (or instead of) the quoted lines. It always reads the book on the quote. It cannot point at a different book.

In HubSpot’s module picker it’s called Price List (Quotivity). You can add it more than once and filter each table to a different subset.

Settings are split across four tabs: Settings, Columns, Filters, and Groups.

Setting What it does
Heading The heading above the table. Defaults to “Price List”
Sort by Defaults to product name. Choose another product property, or Price for the quote-currency price-book price
Display effective end date Off by default. Enterprise only. When on, prints the price book’s effective end date under the heading as “Prices effective through {date}”. Price book effective dates are an Enterprise feature, so on Pro this line stays blank
Columns Defaults to Product, SKU, Description (full-width), and Price. Add other product properties, rename columns, reorder them, and move a column to full width
Filters Product-property conditions. Groups combine with AND or OR
Grouping Group rows by a product property. Section headings use the property’s dropdown label when it has options

The Price column is the quote-currency price from the selected price book: the list price when an adjustment sets one, otherwise the catalog standard price. Only products with a price in the quote’s currency appear. Volume, variant, and pricing-table products are priced at quantity 1 with no selected variant; a row that cannot be priced in that currency is left out.

On the published quote, the table pages 50 products at a time. Print and PDF show every priced product, still capped at 500.

If the quote has no price book, the module is left out of the rendered quote. If the book is empty or filters match nothing, the heading still renders with an empty table.

  1. Add the module on the HubSpot landing page. Search for Price List (Quotivity), drag it into the layout, and publish the page.
  2. Open it in Quotivity Studio from the Template Modules panel.
  3. Set the heading and sort. Turn on the effective end date only on Enterprise, where price books can store that date.
  4. Choose columns. Keep Description full-width if you want it beneath each row.
  5. Add filters or grouping when you need more than one table, or sections by product family.
  6. Load sample data from a deal whose quote has a price book, then publish the template.
  • This is not the Line Item Table. Quoted quantities, discounts, and totals still come from the Line Item Table module.
  • Filters apply to product properties on the price book, not to line items.
  • Company-wide catalog language belongs here; quote-specific lines belong on the Line Item Table.
